Accufiler provides business formation, registration, and compliance services in the United States and Indonesia. Our services are provided on the terms set out in the engagement letter or service agreement issued to each client. These general terms apply to all engagements unless otherwise specified in writing.
All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are fixed and all-inclusive — government filing fees, notary costs, and any third-party fees are included unless explicitly stated otherwise in your engagement letter.
Payment is typically required before work commences. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and major credit cards. We do not commence filings until payment has been received and cleared.
All timelines quoted are estimates based on current government processing times. Accufiler cannot guarantee processing times set by government agencies, courts, or third-party authorities. We will communicate any delays immediately and work to expedite resolution.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for all filings. Accufiler relies on information provided by the client. Any delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client will be the client's responsibility.
Accufiler's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made by government authorities in connection with any application we file on your behalf.
